All the MSO's I've contracted from has a clause in the contract that you cannot let your sub contractor sub out work..but it reverts back to the prime to not let it happen..NEVER work for a sub sub, you have no way of collecting if they skip town..cause the sub-contractor he's subbing from is damn sure not going to let it get to the prime or the MSO that he had a sub..and he don't care if ya get paid..your contract, if you get one, is with his sub, not him..not the prime and not the MSO...So..live and learn..just my pennys worth..
