Born and raised on a two mule farm in south Alabama, hard times but good times, times and people greatly missed. By the way, what is a street light? Used to run from the back fields to the dirt/clay road to watch a car go by, traded eggs to the rolling store for needs. Our pork barrel was a thing with a different use and meaning than the pork barrels of today. I know I`m a better person as a product of those days and times.May god bless us all in these days and tomes.
