I have never heard of a HSP who didn't do service calls, but I've not heard everything. Get it in writing upfront is all I can say.
75/15/15 sounds to me like contractor prices.
No service calls is something I got as a contractor. MASTEC inhouse runs service calls, are required to install free phone connections, and paid much much less.
Ask about custom fees. If they tell you you keep 100% directly from cx, it's a contractor position. If they tell you the customer must pay them and then they'll pay you some of it, it's inhouse.
I would not work for MASTEC again even if Mr. Mas personally asked me to run the entire operation.
