Re: Phoenix??

The Phoenix 1 Ghz upgrade is complete except for some rural areas that were pulled out of the budget until '10.  The sweep is coming to a close by end of March.  There will be span replacements until probably Aug.  It started in Mar. 2007 and 17,000 miles were upgraded and swept.  There are a handful of things yet to be done but all is assigned to a few contractors.
