You have to leave the cap and trade one. Almost 700 billion business will have to pay, but that is not a tax increase. Right. Where does that money go? And who ulitimatly pays that? You and I and everyone else does. Business pass all of their costs on to the end user. So your tax the rich and business accomplishes what exactly. This budget is a fairy tale at best.
