you have quite a sense of humor. the "the big o" has no problem that any one who has the audacity to try and do anything right now will be rewarded with big tax increases for their effort. I have several projects I could start right now but wont. I will bide my time until a better climate arrives in washington. Why  should I risk money I have already made and paid taxes on to start these projects, hire people and have the rocket scientists in dc take it away having done NOTHING to earn it.

Ps most of congress was there the last 8 years, what is their excuse?
