We really don't do much residential any more just commercial for national accounts.....however when we do If we have to replace a line in the wall we charge $75.00 per line or if we have to drop a new line its $125.00 and lets not forget the service call charge that we add. All service call charges are as follows $125.00 residential or commercial and since spring is coming it will drop back to 90.00 and go back up in the fall.
And just in case some of you all are complaining comcast here charges the customer the same prices and pay there techs very little and since most of there techs are just beginning.............. 80% of the customers prefer someone with experience to get the the job done right the first time rather than multiple trip's.
Any comments?...........this ought to be interesting.
