 Keep to your retirement, you have no idea what your talking about. there are custom charges for things like wall fishes, pole mounts and backfeeds but a good installer and an honest one doesn't steal money from the customer for things that are included in the install. You big bad LINEMAN shouldn't concern yourselves with the workings of us little people.
