Tristar is a very good company to work for. I do not currently work for them but i have a few times in the past. Pay is always on time, and i know back when i worked for them they would triple check your invoice to make sure you billed for everything possiable. The cat5 work is easy and pays well (or it used to). The owner is a standup guy and one of his supervisors would literally give you the shirt off his back if need be.
