Pole on hill? Thats easy, you call your buddy. You then take your ladder and  lean it on the hill. Then you and your bud take his (or her) ladder and one push and one pull it up your ladder, then you place against pole. Problem solved, simple.
The end result of a socialist is the same as a communist. The communist is just in a hurry and has a gun.
