Just a note to anybody who does not know what a diplex filter does.

Could be a really hot level of ingress bleeding through a diplex filter I guess,((((or a bad one)))) which should be easy to track if its in the field as each amp you check getting closer to the source it would become much much bigger.
I can agree that it may not hurt anything as it is, however if it is there it is a problem. Best to track and fix it before it becomes a problem.
The very unused term in our industry called preventitive maintenance comes to mind. Kind of like saying its only a 3 db suckout, wont hurt anything.
Just my lil opinion.
