Don't give me too much credit. I spend 20 years at one company and get a pension. If I didn't have that, I wouldn't have the balls to refuse work.
I respect all those who put up with rank amateurs who disrespect them. I respect those who put up with supervisors who know nothing about the job. I respect those who get up and go to work for the low wages because they're responsible for themselves and their family. I respect those who can do 6 installs a day up to spec.
I have no respect for those who would deny a tech the chance to make a decent living by paying such crappy rates. I have no respect for those who would enact ridiculous rules and fines to further pad their own pockets. I have no respect for those who supervise others that cannot out perform those they supervise. I have no respect for those who feel they must lie, cheat, and steal from the people who actually generate their money.
