verizon does offer a month to month (it cost more of course) 2 year contract is the cheapest then 1 yr then month to month. there was adjulon, triage, volt and i think one other doing fios installs and verizon ran all the conrtactors off in like june of 2008 maybe? i worked there til then, and recently in cali. i hear theyre not going to build anymore this year and focus on saturating existing areas.
