So Mom finally gets the call from her daughter that she is finally pregnant and going to have a baby. Months later she calls her Mom to say she had a baby boy, lots of hair, and beautiful eyes, but for some genetic reason he was born with no ears. The doctor says not to worry as it appears he can hear and they can implant a hearing aid later in life if needed. She tells her Mom to come on up to the hospital and bring her little brother, Johnny.
On the way to the hospital Johnny's Mom explains that the new baby is healthy but has no ears, and tells him that if he cannot say anything nice, don't say anything, as Johnny typically is a smart ass with his sister.
So Johnny walks up to the new baby, and says - would you look at all that hair on that kid, I have never seen a baby with so much hair. And his skin is so soft, he is going to be one good looking kid. Both of the women are about to tear up from the compliments, when Johnny mentions, " and look at those dark blue eyes. I bet he has good vision or we should hope so. His sister asks why is so concerned about his eyesight, and Johnny says"
Well if this freak ever needs glasses - he's shit out of luck....."
