The blame game

I was reading some articles on abcnews.com.  The one article that caught my eye was about Bill Clinton stating he is praising obama for his plan of action so far, then he harshly critisized bush for the downfall of the american finacial system.  I could not beleive this since it had been bush's administration who warned them 6-7 yrs ago and it was the congress who stopped any plans to fix it.  unbeliveable!
