Rubberband, the last Telco work I did was in Missouri in 2006, my hourly splicing rate there was ie: One copper splicer @ 35.00 hr. + truck @ 15.00 hr. Laborer was 18.00 hr. OT on the splicer was 55.00 hr. and OT on the laborer was 27.00 hr. You also have to include Miscellaneous Assembly units, etc. to be covered cause they will f*** you if they are not added at the time of the bid..PM me and give me your Email address and I'll send you a complete price sheet, aerial and underground.
