put him on some little one spanners....by himself.  then qc him.  dont give him some slackspan crap...and make sure he is using the devider....everyone hates to see cable crossing and rolling up on the strand. lash to the front.  use a bender not a hardhat...and for gods sake, dont wrap 3 times and go straight to the bug nut....GIGIGIGIGIGIGIGIGIGIG
