I here it all the time.....I'm at the point - I will take as long as I need to now.
I will not be pushed anymore.
I don't like the way things are - so I choose to at least take care of my self -cause I know they could care less.
Production is more important than our safety, our welfare, our familys sanity. Figure I better be a little of a bear at work than to my family just so I keep my sanity.
Sorry guys just kinda had to vent a bit.........not trying to bitch ....just been pushed to the limits lately and doing what I can from going "postal"......
