Before you take that advice talk to a lawyer. When I was in California I lived with a girl and tried to get her out of my house but it wasn't that simple. In california as in other states if you live together for a certain amount of time you are considered common law married. plus a kid you will be paying a ton of child support. I married and divorced a different girl in michigan and had a son but only got 40% custody and have been broke and starving every day for 4 years. Do whatever it takes to NOT get friend of the court involved or that group of man hating b#thces will be up your a$$ til the day he graduates.
