Ken, there is nothing professional about what you are doing or saying. You have not stated the truth but only lies in the so called facts you posted here. You slander my/our skills by taking them out of context, mixing up the credentials and equipment and then try to turn it around and place the blame on us for your lack of concern in getting us properly outfitted from the start. This cost all of us a lot of money and time for nothing but an illusion and thats why we all left.
The turn over rate at LTS is huge. We all noticed that when we arrived by the empty boxes of hardware left on the floor of the warehouse from the crews that abandoned ship before us.
The Telus plant is the worst I've ever seen. The deterioration causes multiple problems and the techs get blamed for it all because they didn't rebuild the entire network from RA to NID for $56.00. Get real! Would you? The insulation is falling off the conductors in the bag, the wires fall off the block, the drops all have crosses on them at the ends from the brittle plastic cutting through and it goes on and on. All of a sudden Telus says it's all inclusive to rebuild it all.. How convienient at our expense to lump all the units into one.
I have stated my facts from my experience with your company and LTS and Telus over the past two and half months here as well and mine is the truth and nothing but the truth. Maybe the other guys driving the Telus trucks are doing better but when I asked some of them if others were making the kind of money you claim, they did laugh and replied; No way!
The other Americans expressed the exact same concerns as I have. The work was not available to us on an even basis across the board and they often ran out of it early. If you did take another one, you would have to drive great distances for to get to it and another four hours was wasted for $56.00.
You have failed to except the realtiy of our complaints so now you will have to deal with the powers that be.. Lets see what they dertemine.
I'm real sorry this did not work out for us either because we were all counting on it to some degree.
You can try and pretend all of a sudden your so prim and proper as I see others on this board pretend to be as well but I don't buy it. None of you are english majors so you don't fool me. Otherwise you wouldn't be here..

I don't care too get into this any deeper either but you give me no choice by your ridiculous responses.
As a business man why don't you learn from it instead and take the necessary steps to remedie the problem before you repeat it over and over. Constructive critisism is part of being in business.
