Now days a triple tech means any living, breathing, pooping, body mass that has something close to opposable thumb and fingers. This is what the MSO hopes the primes hire so they can make revenue on charge backs as well. Hell why do ya think the cable companies keep cutting their rates, this way they know you can't really hire a team of reliable contracters for mikey deez wages after expenses.
