Just goes to show that the government still thinks the people that elected them are dumb..........  How long have they been putting on the commercials about the Feburary date???  Do you honestly think that the public was like,"Oh no....I cant possibly get my shit together after seeing commercials about it for the past fucking year?"  HAHAHAHA how stupid!  In some cases...I cant wait till 2012...or at least thats when the discovery channel says the worlds coming to an end.....YAY!
