I did not say it would be easy. You have to be ready to chuck the next guy and the next one until they finally start to understand they work for us not the other way around.
Also, this is why I said you need to do a little research and find out what a candidate has DONE as opposed to what he or she is SAYING. Actions speak louder than words.
