After drilling thru the new law, I hope you have the sense to admit that the most exspensive spending bill in history has little to do with stimulating the economy and more to do with political payback.. Like the Republicans, your panties should be in a wad too!! Obama has broken his promise of no pork or earmarks, and that there would be transparency so the voters could see whats in the bill.. Enjoy your $13..
