 File the lien on his company, get a lawyer and let them take it up with the guy you have the contract with. Your contract is with him and him only and it should not have anything to do with Mediacom. Call him and tell him that court papers are on the way, tell him if he wants to wait on his pay without legal action thats his choice but you are taking care of yourself and your family and that starts now.
