If one says two weeks out that usually means they have enough money to cover pay roll and can afford to wait for their check.If they say net 30 and pay is every two weeks that usually means five weeks to see first check and they are usually working on shoe strings.The price differential in different areas is usually because they have scoped out the area or someone has told them they can get cheaper help in that area and most will eat that shit up! You will usually run in to problems with the ones that are not financially secure especially the ones that are doing DTV work because DTV is notoriously late on payments.
