I could go on for hours about this but I wont.
Do yourself a favor and research EVERYTHING before you sign ANYTHING and another question.....
ARE you serious because right now I doubt you will get a contract with anyone when all everyone is doing is cutting back.
If you are currently employed just keep doing what you are doing and thank god you can.
