They can sue for getting shot in the a$$ by Border Patrol for running drugs and win then have the Agents serve time in prison, you know they can sue for trespassing. But you are correct, pretty sad state of affairs.
The end result of a socialist is the same as a communist. The communist is just in a hurry and has a gun.
