Is YOUR contract with mediacom or the guy that is telling you to file the liens? If you have a contract with the man who is telling you to file a lien so he can get paid,tell him to get bent! Tell him you don't give a rats ass about HIM getting paid he should have the capital to pay you regardless. Does your contract with him state that it's 30 days unless he doesn't get paid and then it's "whenever?" Tell him to honor the contract that HE gave YOU, Period!!
