For $99.00 you can buy a Roku digital video player from netflix that hooks up to your network and then hooks up to your tv via HDMI or component and not worry about the expense of building a pc capable of handling HD video.
You could use anXbox 360 but then you have to pay the yearly subscription.. I have it set up right now and it works fine except the movie choice for "watch instantly" is not full of newly released items
