Re: All custom charges must go through the HSP

This is all a rip off, I once worked for a HSP who required all custom work to be paid to them and then they will pay you less35% and you have to wait two weeks to get paid for the custom work ( the customer check clears the bank in 2-3 days ) I told the customer what the HSP required us to charge ( I jacked up the prices ) and told them I can do it for less as long as they do not tell the HSP that there was custom work done ( The HSP would call the customer and try to pick their mouth about custom work charges ) If the custome did no agree that was an install that will not get done by me  for underpaid custom work. I take pride in my work and I am not going to lt anyone rip me off I buy my materials and as long as I am going to use it all the monies is going to come to me.
