Check your fact oh laughable one.  Pres. Clinton's bill upon him leaving mandated that lending be so easy that almost anyone could get a loan.  Pres. Bush warned of this, but Senator Dodd killed in the Senate committee that oversees this.  If it doesn't come out of committee it dies.  It was brought to him 3 times and each time he killed it.  Please check your source of information before slamming a good one.
