Re: windmill work

I hadn't heard of any race stipulation until now.   There was a provision in the "spending package" that allowed for only materials produced in the Good 'Ol US of A, to be used on the projects.  Guess who found the problem with that and let a charge to get it changed........  John McCain,  good thing too....that would have created jobs here.
