here is a funnier note......
in the early 90's, my mom was going down I-61 from Hannibal, Mo to St. Louis, Mo for X-mas shopping with my sister in law. She got popped by Missouri State Troopers somewhere around O'fallon, Mo. My mom has a squeeky clean record, and challenged the officer with the fact that she had a semi that was up her ass for several miles, so she was trying to distance herself from the truck. Obviously the pig had heard it all....and didnt have time for her BS....so began writing her a ticket. My mom claimed (believe me....ive heard this for the dozen times at christmas and thanksgiving) that all her ticket money was just going to fund the State Police Ball. The officer claimed that, "Maam, the State Police dont have Balls"....after a moment of silence, and a smile between my mom and the cop.....he let her go.
Wish I could have had that luck a few times in the past
