that's what phone people say. then they talk the talk of their world and I talk about differential phase and differential gain and cso and ctb and c/n. So some know about phone. I don't. I do know about catv. It is more complex than cutting a piece of coax by far. And we have muxing and demuxing and all the things phone has except the bs wires needed to get phone to the subscriber. Cable found a way to put tv, internet and phone on one.
Phone is so hard either. I would have gotten into it if it had been a challenge. super groups and the like aren't much different than fiber only with 2 less colors to worry about. Oh...maybe I do know something about phone.
I am not trying anything. Phone doesn't impress me.
