Well california is doing something about it. Innocent or not.
The most liberal state in the country, the one that lets the most people stay out of jail is going to let the ones they put in jail....out. Yep, with the budget problems they are having it has come up that prison is not a fun place to be and they are letting people back into society...........well you can read it.
