This is what cracks me up. People sum up who we are by what we say here. It is not who we are all the time. And then they think we don't have the brains to be tactful with the public. This isn't the public that we would have to deal with. Here is where we get to vent. There is a difference. I am a lineman and can smooth the hardest customer. I don't have to smooth anyone here and neither does anyone else.
