Most of the guys that have worked for them here in ohio give a percentage to the goodwill of the company every paycheck. My mistake the company keeps a percent of every paycheck for their own goodwill. Flagarant fines,chargebacks and mysterious material charges always appear on the checks that no one has any answers to. Don't take just my word, search back through the cable bar and you will find other threads about them.
