Re: Phelps smoking pot

The thing I don't like about it is the authorities rushing in to attempt to press charges.  What do they have, a picture?  How is that evidence of pot useage?  Phelps should have kept his mouth shut and said it was not what it appeared to be.   The kid tried to do the stand up thing, and now look at the problems it has caused him.  Anyway, you can't prosecute someone with only a picture of a water pipe in their hand. 

I am not for or against what he did, but I will fight for his right to do what he wants....After all, he IS an American...
