sorry to be so short last time was getting packed up but anyway i have been grunt,en for a year now on an areial crew my lineman never has to ask i have it before he knows he needs it.and i put the bucket on the pole  ive been in big trucks all my life rigs,dumptrucks,ect  so he dont see his hooks much i have also jiged and lashed a few runs when my lineman was out one was a fiber run bout 20000 ft 4 90s it pulled easy all the way ,no bullshit wraps or anything,looked great.as far as the hooks i have my own and have climed the poles around my house so much there screwed.so i raise hell abont it on the job site and here well you might get hurt dude will get it. im making bout one hundred a day.i feel like im ready to do more,but getting held back.so does my money sound right and what should i do now set tight or jump ship.
