In Oklahoma it states a employee has to give written concent to have any money deducted from his paycheck. Even a damage claim you have to sign for. You can actually refuse to sign and legally they cant do anything. If they do, there is a handy number to call and the labor board will investigate. Telling them this normally scares the crap out of most of these companies cause they are doing several other illegal things and they drop it.
