to me a good grunt should be paid good.a good grunt can make make a bad lineman look good and a bad grunt can make a good lineman look bad.its teamwork that makes everyones check.you get a piece o shit grunt or a bitch ass lineman it kills the flow.i may be a newbie on here but ive got 12 years on the line and have paid my dues including my first year and a half on the ground running with the lasher,so i think a good grunt should be treated with respect(even though that never happens)and a bad grunt has no bussiness on the job site.
