     From talking to them on the phone. They want thier hand in your pocket on the custome money. They want to dictate to you what you can and cant charge for and want to tax you on every dime you make in a check. So do you want to work for someone that wants to make money off your hard work ad money that you up sale to get? Hope this helps.
