Legal??

Is there anything legally that I can do at this time?  I was told by the office staff that my check was not sent to them, that it would be sent to me since it was my last check.  That is false because I still have payroll that isnt turned in to them and they owe me 1 other payroll sequence.  Right now, they owe me for nearly $3K worth of billing.
