So far every thing they've told me has come to light so I'd say yeah. Said person works for the HR dept.
They're definitely going to get the company as lean as possible and I suspect the construction dept, supervisory positions and admin will be hit hard this go round.
Looks like the safest place to be is in the field, although I've heard they're looking hard at folks with 15+ years with the company.
Didn't read the e-mail what was it about, restructuring for the good of the company I bet?
