They give the work to the hacks because they do it cheaper,If they go with somebody that does good work and it cost them more for that work and they can't find anything to back charge you on then they have to pay full price for the better work.With the hacks at cheaper prices and shitty work they can back charge and get the shit done cheaper.Some of them talk a good game when it comes to quality,but price is the bottom line.The cheaper the better they will live with the shitty work.
