I know Duck, not well but have met the man and He does seem like a stand up guy. The fact of the matter is, there are people out there that have not been paid for work that was previously approved. In all this "restitution" that has to be paid, what are the chances of those people getting their money?
I guess this is directed at people who know Duck better than I do.
