Ladder racks my arse !!!! try luggage racks on dodge caravan grocery getters with aluminum ladders spray painted orange and held on with bungee cords and ground wire.
Me I have a chevy 2500 van with the Adrian steel quick clamp ladder rack, full set of bins, GPS, 3,000 watts of alpine amps for my listening pleasure (sirius) , DSAM 3600B, and every sort of tool you could imagine to make the work more efficiant. Oh and duplicates and triplicates of all of my hand tools lest one break while doing a job. Should the need to gaff arise, I have one bashlin and one Buckingham belt (which I prefer) and my Bucklite titaniums w/steel cushion wraps so I don't gaff me leg LOL just kiddin.
Unfortunately the climbing gear sits in my garage cause cable got too cheap to pay us what we are worth. And no I'm not claiming to be a lineman, just that sometimes a mans gotta do what a mans gotta do to get er done w/o calling for a bucket biatch.
