Im looking at the back of a Sadelco 800CLI AC ADAPTOR:

Also if you plan on just finding a non OEM charger that outputs 12VDC 1000mA
The center of the connection is Positive the outside of the connection is negative (there is a diagram on the back of the T70 charger that shows this)
