Foreman Lineman Grunt 3 man crew and you knew nothing I would give you 15% to start if you were keeping up with the crew you would get more as you showed you could do it, 3 or 4 days you and I would oth know. When I have a crew thats up on it like I am and we become a unit you would get 25% until you learn to climb AND do the polework rigt.  I pay 34% 33% 33 when Ive got 2 other guys that I couldnt do the production we do without them. Thats just my way Im sure others would say something else but.....
